The process:

Everyone who comes into the Centre must undergo an assessment.  This is to ensure that only companies with true global potential are in the Centre. This is repeated on an annual basis to retain the momentum of the Centre and the residents.

  • Firstly, you will work with your Business Growth Manager to establish an action plan to turn your business into a success. You will be introduced to a number of key business contacts and service providers. You will form relationships with the Clean Technology businesses, research capability and expertise in the region
  • The initial focus will be working with you to validate your product or service, your market and channel to market, and your business model. From there we will work with you to create a global company
  • You will be introduced to CreativeHQ, our regional incubator, to find out if virtual incubation is right for you www.creativehq.co.nz
  • A TechNZ Marketplace scan is available at a discounted rate to help understand your competitive positioning
  • Access to our intensive Activate Jumpstart course for a 50% discount www.activate.co.nz
  • Every second month you will meet with Grow Wellington senior management to review your progress and ensure you are on track to achieve your goals
  • We will stay with you until you become an international company
